We are moving to a neighboring town, I can't imagine there being any down sides to living in such a beautiful area.

Please share your advice on giving to children. Even if you make a good living do you recommend an allowance? Wondering how other parents handle the constant want.
An allowance of some sort is always a good idea, whether for a chore or just to set up some type of spending guide lines. Depends on age of child, in my opinion.
Children need to learn respect. Respect of their parents hard work. Respect of a dollar. Respect of those taking their money behind the counter, it's all the same. If they're just handed money constantly without any thought they consider it their right not a privelage.
